Operating Principle

The equipment tank is filled with a medium consisting of quartz stones and various fractions of quartz sand. The stones act as a protective layer, while the sand serves as the primary layer essential for water filtration.
Water is supplied to the filtration system and, as it flows through, is filtered from mechanical sediment. This ensures clean water free from mechanical deposits. This filtering medium needs to be periodically rinsed with water. During rinsing, the accumulated mechanical particles are flushed into the sewage system. The rinsing process is automated based on water consumption.
The equipment is highly durable, as quartz sand and other components have low wear and tear.

Components and Manufacturers

The key components of the equipment are control mechanisms and fillers. Extensive experience in water treatment ensures complete confidence in the quality, safety, and durability of the materials.
This series of water treatment equipment is assembled with “Clack WSEI” or “WSCI” mechanisms manufactured in the USA.
Quartz fillers are supplied by “Dansk Kvarts Industri A/S” (Denmark).

The unit does not require constant maintenance, as there is no need to add reagents, clean filters, etc.

• It is recommended to perform technical service once a year.
